4 days tour from Fes to Marrakech

We depart from Fes in the morning, traveling through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stops include Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture, and the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary macaques. We pass through Midelt and the lush Ziz Valley before arriving in Merzouga. After settling in at your hotel or riad, enjoy dinner and prepare for the next day’s desert adventure.

After breakfast, we spend the day exploring the Merzouga region. Visit Khamlia village to enjoy Gnawa music, meet nomadic families, and explore fossil-rich areas. In the late afternoon, embark on a camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes to watch a magical Sahara sunset. Dinner, Berber music, and overnight stay in a luxury desert camp under the stars.

Wake early to catch the sunrise, then ride camels or drive back to Merzouga village for breakfast. We visit Rissani, known for its traditional market, before heading to the spectacular Todra Gorge for a short walk between its towering cliffs. In the afternoon, we travel through the Valley of Roses to reach Dades Valley, where you’ll enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a charming guesthouse.

After breakfast, we continue through the scenic landscapes of the Dades Gorges before arriving in Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Africa.” Visit the UNESCO-listed Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a stunning example of Moroccan earthen architecture and a famous filming location. We then cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, arriving in Marrakech by early evening, marking the end of your 4 days tour from fes to Marrakech via Sahara desert.
